Anybody else heard the rumblings about this coming-soon product and as excited as me??
I too would like to know more of this.
(By that I mean can I have it now?)
This was I think the original name of a current pedal. Name has been changed (maybe to protect the innocent?). Love the name (home), and remember wishing he hadn't changed it. Can't recall what effect it was, Tremolo maybe? Yeah, looking I think that was the original name of the Nailhead Tremolo?
Or maybe not, after reading a bit more.
Back in 2013? it was:
"a 3 in one box i built w the atomic brain, the sleeper drive, and an active buffered fx loop w trubypass"
Yes you know I’m excited about it
We discussed this a bit earlier this year or very late last year in one of the threads. Sadly I think it came up in the section where business types sell stuff. Might be one of the pedal pusher threads though.
Found it but not a lot more info. http://www.gretsch-talk.com/threads/nocturne-pedals-retired.173112/#post-1048052
You know that an introvert like Tavo will never say a word about it.
Tavo mentioned it a few months ago, and I've been intrigued. I like the idea of leaving the lows alone when adding drive, most drive pedals step on the lows too much.
Sounds like an interesting approach.
I typically look for independant treble/bass controls on overdrives for this very reason. If he can give it to me in a way that I don’t even need to worry about it, then THATS what’s up. I’m excited. I’ve never played one of his boxes and thought “ehh.....”. I’ve also never met another designer that I can say that about.
I"ll bet a shiny quarter on socket caps.
I've called Tavo various names, never introvert tho Good guy comes to mind at the moment.

Yep, that one sounds intriguing, indeed.
