I dunno I loved my gretsch 6128-57 caddy green vintage select jet a lot but I yearned for a bigger hollow body western themed like my old 6120dsw .this guitar was very appealing with the Fralin neck p90 can’t wait till zzounds sends it out tommorow and I’ll reveal pics soon

The 6120EC is one I would really like to take for a spin. Enjoy it when it gets there.

Best of luck getting your new ax! You'll have to show us pictures of your own 6120 when it arrives!

A beautiful guitar for sure. What P90 is on the neck? With the dog ears, it looks like a Epiphone, which is a nice P90 (see the Wildkat.)

Funny that for every Guitar Manufacturer but Gretsch an EC model would be an Eric Clapton model.
ZZounds got a hook in me too. It between a Princeton Reverb and a Taylor or Breedlove Koa top.

Congratulations on the new guitar. Wouldn’t get a Melita though. The stock bridge or Compton or Tru Arc would be better.

Congrats!!! That is one nice looking guitar.
I had Fralin P-90s in an Epiphone es-295. They sounded fantastic.

I have one, and I LOVE it. I've never really given much consideration to changing anything about it, in fact. not even the bridge. The Fralin P-90 sounds fantastic when someone else plays it. for some reason, when I play it it sounds just as plunky as every other guitar I touch. there must be some sort of science behind that.
