Man, That Dynasonic sounds so good in that EC.
What volume do you want to play at? If you will be playing with a band, I recommend a center block model as they will have less tendency to feed back. My first Gretsch was G6120AM Chet Atkins Hollowbody with High Sensitive Filter'Trons. It has the classic Gretsch twang and vibe, but I do not often play guitar with bands.

Welcome to GT ezra1!
Ya can't beat a 6120,any 6120!
I ordered the G6120 Eddie Cochran this morning.
Should get it Tuesday or Wednesday.
Welcome to GT
I am a member of many gear forums but this is the friendliest one ever.
Get the Eddie Cochran model !! Dynosonic on bridge ( my favorite) , and the p90 in the neck!! U just can’t lose! Totall winner
Color me Jealous! Thoseblook to be a great instrument! I was about to suggest a Penguin particularly a Broadway Jade Penguin but I have an obvious bias. Hahaha enjoy the wait!
That's the way we like it!
I have a 6120 players edition. They’re very comfortable and sound great plugged in or even acoustically. The high sensitive filtertrons sound great. The slogan says every song every night and that’s very accurate. I’d recommend them all day long
This is an interesting video to me showing the use of compression pedals in various ways. I have the comaoct deluxe version of this. My main use of a compressor is to make finger picking lighter playing stuff jump out a little more without straining my right hand.
Gotta love the Eddie Cochran 6120!
My New Baby
Congratulations- Everything about that guitar is fantastic.
Get a G6120-59LTV. It's got TVJ Classic pickups and a Zero-Fret. Swap the neck pup for a Magnatron.
Congrats ezra,a stunner!
I'm lovin' Pete66's anodised fix arm Bigsby too, cool.
I always wonder how rockandroll might sound today had Eddy stuck the P90 in the bridge position. Where it belongs!
Congrats, ezra! I see many hours of happy playing ahead!
Nice one Ezra!
Welcome to the club!
Thanks Mr Higgy, gots to have a fixed arm!
