I don't eat cheese. It comes out of cows' bottoms. Or eggs, they come out of chickens' bottoms. Or ground up animals. Each to their own.

I ordered a cheeseburger at McDonald's once and they gave me a hamburger. Holy cow. I don't think I fully appreciated the extent to which that slice of cheese is doing the heavy lifting. It had no flavor whatsoever. Granted, part of the problem was that it was McDonald's. But it cured me of ever again entertaining the notion of a burger without cheese.

My brother took to a place in Ft Worth that was known for good hamburgers. The menu had a Cornbread Burger,,,,on cornbread. Never heard of such a thing so I decided to expand my horizons and give it a shot. Man that sucker was good....I mean GOOOOD!! Best hamburger of any kind I have ever had.

I wouldn't make a daily habit of eating cheeseburgers, but occasional indulgence is fine. There are no forbidden foods in an otherwise healthy diet!

There are few pleasures in life that can compare to a perfect cheeseburger.

One that I miss deep in my soul is a good In-N-Out burger. Nothing else can fill that void.

I longingly recall an avacodo burger that I chanced upon in California one summer...Devine.

A great sirloin burger with blue cheese in Hawaii at a restaurant in the King’s Shops was just about perfection.

Hamburgers are my favorite food; with or without cheese. I prefer mine with tomatoes and love red onion. I’m not dogmatic about it though...I’ll give just about any burger a fair shot.

Not a fan of bacon on a burger though. A bridge too far for me.

Cheese burgers are my favorite food. I like them simple.
    Cheese, pickles, yellow mustard.

Oddly enough, the best burgs I’ve had in a while are the ones being sold at the local drive-in cinema. The movies they show aren’t usually 1/2 as great as the burgers.

I tried, really, I tried, to get to Carl's Jr and get a Beyond cheeseburger and avoid the red meat, but traffic was nasty on the way home, and I had a gig to get to, so I stopped at Jack in the Box and got the classic Jumbo Jack cheeseburger, well, three of them, one for each member of the family. Apparently thinking like @ramjac above, when she saw them, my wife said "Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger!" So I had the burger, but managed to leave the onion rings for the rest of the family. Hoping I sweated most of it off last night.
