I know a certain Englishman who could build you one of those.
I like the one on the right.
I remember when I bought my Jet, I thought I would use one of my LP cases for it. That's when I found out how much larger the Jet is than the LP. I wound up ordering the actual Gretsch case as that is about the only thing that fit it corrrectly.
hahahahaaaa i see you like the b-52's nice! ricky wilson played a mosrite didn't he? or was it keith stickland?
yeah a bit bigger and much lighter
Yeah, the chambered Jet body is way lighter than the solid walnut.
what are you using to do the top contours englishman?
Combination of router+angle grinder+sander.
@englishman Can you do an overlay of both body templates so we can get a better idea of the differences.
Thanks Dave for what you bring to the table here on this forum.
Different indeed (in real life more than in the picture...).
The lower bout of the Jet has a teardrop shape. The Les Paul is more circular.
And then there's these, fits in a Jet case not a Paul.
I found that a Jet fits into an Epi Kat case perfectly. So does my Guild M-65.
Nice player lubricant on the amp!
If you ever want to sell the M-65 Freshman, let me know. Is it the 3/4 size or the standard scale?
It was Ricky and it's blue!
(I hate You Tube ads.)
I just saw the B-52s in concert. Sadly Keith is not touring any more.
I wonder why?
As I've mentioned before, I own three Eman Guitars. Can't recommend them more highly. Great price and good customer service.
man that was fun to watch. thanks!
