Yeah, I've developed a love for Keeley pedals.
This guy is badass that's doin the demo too. I don't take talent like this for granted.
Yup. I watched this Pedal Show that he sat in on. They do ask about his technique without a pick as well as how he approaches a pedal for a demo. A pretty cool approach that you have to have talent to pull off.
Yeah, this guy’s demos are great. He’s awesome, and you can tell. But he actually plays riffs. A lot of times i watch demos of dudes showing off playing stuff that means nothing to me.
Word, he plays DK songs!
Right?! I loved that when he was paying a echoplex, just like East Bay Ray used to lug around.
That’s an issue I have with most Gretsch/TV Jones demos on you tube. Not no one is playing anything that sounds remotely like I wanna hear them play!
Lemmy tell you man, i know the good stuff and TV Jones is what you need!(in Tom Waits, Step right up voice).
I loved that he played OFF! in his demo of the DiPinto Mach IV He's consistently the most effective demo'er I've ever seen in as much as making me want to buy stuff. He's just about always picked the perfect songs to showcase the pedals/guitars he's demoing and sounds great doing it.
I've arrived at the same spot of extreme respect for the Keeley stuff too. They don't all work for me, but damn if the stuff that does doesn't work really well...
Keeley makes good stuff! And Andy is a chief!
Yeah man, i really hope Andy is well compensated for his time. I have two Keeley's and they ain't ever goin nowhere.
Never mind I was trying to hard to be funny.
I bought the Big Sky from Strymon for my reverb but I sure would have considered the Verbotrem workstation if I had known it existed. Hard to beat the Big Sky and Nailhead for me now that I have them, no desire to change. That said this pedal sounds great! You should go for it. I'm sure it won't make you look like Tiny Tim, or sound like him! It sure helps when a demo is done by someone who knows how to play and showcase the pedal.
This pedal sounds killer.
I think you need one.
Nothing like the theme from Blood Harvest before bed.
I bought the workstation. Its coming tomorrow.
