...and to make this thread somehow relevant, that's an 'Other Cool Guitar' in the carrier...
He used to carry his guitar in a gunny sack
Hangin' out the car by the railroad track
Mmmmm, getting out of the car could be a bit problematic. Other than that it is just a fantastic idea
Well... Blizzard is not good for you, Mr Backlund...
The opposite side of the state but we got hit with it last night and nothing but ice and sleet the rest of the time. Above 30 now and the roads have cleared enough to get around a bit. Coming home last night the blowing snow almost made me motion sick.
It's coming our way. The winds will pick up overnight around 2 am, and the real fun will start around sunrise. Bring it on, ski season awaits!
We've landed in a very strange place captain.
Here's what it's doing here right now, my backyard view...
Wind's howling, snow is blowing sideways, Interstate I-90 shut down. The highway department has given up, and taken the plows off the roads until tomorrow morning.
Admittedly, there's still a few bugs to work out, but I'm working on it
Me? I'm in the south and long for a real winter. My nordic/eastern European blood overheats in the summer and I wear shorts most of the year.
I want to ride a motorcycle, dammit!
I be good!
Snowmobiles! Next best thing!
When they said move to the south for nicer weather, they didn’t mean South Dakota.
My Dad’s family is from the Black Hills. They moved to SoCal almost exactly 100 yrs ago, I can guess from the pics here the motivation for the move.
Need one big enough for the amp.
I can't stand snow and I hate the term "hunker down"......
I hate winter. I hate snow, ice, sleet and everything else associated with winter. I hate heavy coats, boots, gloves and the cold.
Every year I hate it more than the year before.
Pretty miserable out here right now and the power just came back after being out for five hours. Looks like you're next to get it
