Gretsch newbie... and here's some of my music, FWIW....

    I've already posted on the Newbies forum, and thanks for all your welcoming words, folks. New owner of a gorgeous new 5422 in Vintage Orange and loving it after just my first 24 hours...

    Anyway I do have some original tuneage to share; here are three songs I've released a couple years ago on iTunes and CDBaby. One was more of an experiment with a partial-capo idea I had; two others I like more. One, Whisper Something, was entered in the national SongStar songwriting competition and was named a semi-finalist last spring (they say that's about the top 5% of entries -- I was pretty happy with that!). I played and sang all parts on all three except for my son who played drums on the second two. Anyway, for what it's worth, here you go (all SoundCloud links):
