Here is a link to everything that the Custom Shop apparently brought to NAMM if folks have not seen this yet. It pains me to say, but I think the Custom Shop guitars that Stephen Stern posts on Instagram are almost always nicer than what they bring to NAMM. The NAMM stuff usually just is not generally the type of stuff I like. Maybe the problem is that I just do not like the relic thing.

The quilted purple 6120 Jr looks pretty good to me! Thanks for posting the pics!

Wish I could see them- all I get is the file names, and nothing when I click on it.:(

Wait, there it goes. I see what you mean on the relics- those look like they drug 'em behind the truck on the way to the show. AND, a double- neck Billy Bo, but no Electromatic version someone can actually afford? Might have to sell my Gretsches and get a nice Mockingbird.

+1 here, the roadrunner is really cool.

I like the purple 6120, the wallnut and green penguins and the spruce top falcon and 6120 (interesting to see it with a Cadillac tail piece).

Good golly, there are some very luscious Gretsch’s on that display. Not crazy Wild but I dig both the green and Walnut Penguins. The spruce top on the hollow bodies are cool. As is the purple quilt top. Nice to see a Cateyes one. But I wish the eyes were more similar in size and location as the original on the 6117 (if I remember the model correctly).

Thanks for posting! I saw a video last year where Stephen Stern talked about the NAMM guitars and giving a few of his Craftsman the freedom to create whatever they wanted for one guitar each. It’s likely the same thing with a couple of these. Even if a few are not my taste, I enjoy looking at them and it’s got to be a super cool honor for them.

Relics don’t bother me if done right. I’ll likely never buy one but kudos for those that do and love them.

It's google Drive folder-- you have to double click on the pic links, not single-click.

I’m ok with light relic but the heavy stuff befuddles me.
