I’ve always wanted to get a sound of the same general timbre as Chet’s sound, and these help. But just about any hollow Gretsch with Filters will get you in the neighborhood.

I doubt it too as Google has his net worth at 170 million while Roy Clark's net worth is only 1 million . ( not a lot of money regarding this industry )
Now that Roy Clark has passed away , I wonder if anyone is going to come out with a " Roy Clark Signature Model " . Roy endorsed Mosrite Guitars , Heritage Guitars and yours truly .... Gretsch Guitars

Love to see one. No desire to buy one. There have been some.

I'll stick with my Falcon/Les Paul
    At least for now.

At least with this one Jimmy will finally get his Dragon Tele back. He doesn't have it any more because a friend took a decision to surprise Jimmy whilst he was on tour and he repainted the Tele. He just painted over the whole dragon and managed to screw up the electronics as well. Jimmy still owns the guitar but doesn't use it any more as it's not the guitar it once was. Needless to say, he wasn't best pleased at the 'nice thing' his friend did for him. Wouldn't we all like such caring and selfless friends!

I think it's just right that Jimmy should get a signature Tele, he is one of the most iconic and influential players after all. Gibson did a signature Jimmy Page LP years ago.

I hate signature models! I only play 6120's and Les Paul's....
The Jimmy Page Les Paul, that should cost at least twice as much:D

Signature models are great or Gibson. When issues arise, they can blame the artist instead or poor QC.

I love my SRV Strat. Got it 12 years ago and still is my favorite guitar.....Almost! My problem with Strats is the narrow width at the nut. A great guitar though and the tone I love!

Did you put 13s on it like SRV did? I think it comes with 10s.

Sometimes.....I switch between 12s and 13s and tune it down a half step.

It's a clip from the Michelangelo Antonioni 1966 film 'Blow Up'

Incidentally, I never knew Jimmy had a son:
