Hmm? I don't do 'love songs', but... Winner Takes It All - ABBA Where Do Broken Hearts Go - Whitney Houston Come Back To Me - Janet Jackson Don't Believe A Word - Gary Moore & Phil Lynnott Private Battlefield - The Raphaels
When I was in love for a while ago, this was the stuff I listened to: Also like more modern stuff, but most of that is sung in Swedish
I will always love you. Dolly Parton Sweet Dreams. Patsy Cline I can't stop loving you. Don Gibson/Ray Charles
Ive seen them 10 times, they are my favorite band! They even ripped with Jesse Dayton when Billy was out for the one tour in 2015
Celine Dion , My heart will go on .... from the movie Titanic . Every time I watch that movie I cry like a girl at the end of the movie ..... there , I said it
Wow! 10 times! You win. I almost saw them with Dayton in Boston 2015. I was too cheap and didn’t wanna buy the ticket (my life story). When i saw them last year they played every song i’d wanna hear! Except Riding with Mary, but I forgive them. They did Poor Girl and many others offa More Fun.. so i was a happy boy.
https://punkmusiccatalogue.wordpress.com/robert-ivers-the-ice-stars/ I also have Sugar My Road from Big Hits of Mid America, Volume 3.
Those were recorded late 70's in the I think I came in around 1982. Fun stuff to play. Those 3 songs are the essence of Ice Stars, if there is such a thing. I had a high end Nashville fatty cut like a 5420 that put a little polish and frills on Bobby banging away on his Nylon String Stella. Much to Bobbie's dismay I added Everly Brothers harmonies to some parts. I always thought Suicide Commandos "Complicated Fun" was the top song on Big Hits. This is probably the only compilation of most Ice Stars songs. https://gojohnnygojohnny.wordpress.com/2014/09/23/gojohnnygo-feature-4-the-world-of-robert-ivers/ Check out Lindy Hop Bop for Bob Henry's **** guitar solo. NY Subway Disaster / Ive Been Down are the only cuts Im on here.
