    Howdy groovers!
I bought some Duo-trons of a fellow member here and I thought I'd just share what it looks like! So far really happy with the neck but the bridge is a bit 'twangy' for this particular guitar. Anyway, I'll get a chance to play it properly later on in the week. I'd like to show you, but with the pay-for-photoshop thing I don't know how to put up a pic? I've put them in an Epi Broadway...https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?...=a.46714197865.56083.759872865&type=3&theater

What a letdown. There is no guitar here. Blech.

    Ok....building suspense or anti-climax?[IMG]
I've been playing this one at rehearsal today- very tasty! The neck pickup is warm and smooth but not muffled - really promotes the natural acoustics of the guitar. I found the bridge twangier than expected, but with the tone knob backed off it makes it quite useable - actually gets some good clean Chuck Berry tones. :)

    Looks great.!

I've found the same in my recent experiments with bridge materials - wood bridges are much brighter than expected. I think there is just an assumption that wood bridges sound woolly because they're a staple feature of jazz archtops.
