I love this one. We even play it in the band!
How about Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs - Little Red Riding Hood and Wooly Booly.
That's my idea of uncomplicated and fun music.
And I cannot truthfully apologize for liking it.
Gary Lewis and the Playboys???
I like Gary Lewis and the Playboys too. They did some great tunes.
Sam wound up as a homeless street preacher.
Gary Lewis( the band featured an accordion), Dino Martin, Nancy Sinatra, and Frank Jr.---lots of famous kids tried the music biz. One of the few that had some success was Bing Crosby's son, Gary.
When I think. This way I'm an odd ball... I love Gretsch guitars, but I like german heavy bands. Especially the Scorpions, but Accept and Helloween are good too. Any of these bands don't play Gretsch guitars.

I live and work on a farm in California so I hear LOTS of Mexican music all the the time, every day, year in and year out. And I like Los Bukis even though they're pretty heavy on the queso. Their songs have more hooks than a tackle box.
