I have a 6118 For Sale in the Classifieds and I took a picture up against my Guitar /Amp stand /Pedal Board that I fabricated a couple of years back. Its a cool little stand that I made to be functional and "cool".

Thunder 58 commented on it so I figured I would post a few pictures of it. I made it all myself and it works great for what I needed. Heres a few pics of the build and finished Stand.

The most difficult part was getting the Pedal Board tray to slide in and out without any interference. Measure your amp width and go to town on it!

Very convenient and practical for stationary use I believe.
But is it light enough to carry this one to gigs?
I wonder how heavy this stand is. It look quite massive.

Wow , that looks great and thanks for sharing . Nice job too . I see some pedals in the background of the last photo . Is that a separate board or is it the pedal board detached from the cabinet ? Either way , great idea

It was meant to be stationary as I needed something in my Mancave to hold my gear. Its surprisingly lightweight when its empty.

Once again Thunder58, you got a keen eye. That was my Pedal Board suitcase I built a few years ago as well. I built it from an old Tweed suitcase I found at a Yard Sale.
Its been to a few Roundups and the SoCal Grestch Jam a few times and a few guys have seen it. It works perfectly ,so mush so that I built a few more to sell, but I havent been actively trying to sell any ,Yet. 001 (3).JPG 004 (3).JPG

Good Job and Good Ideas, Hydroman !

    Well designed... Congratulations...

I would rather use the term "Global Guitar Furniture" about your first pictures. If I had the room for it, I'd certainly would follow your example.

About your pedal boards, the idea of vintage suitcases is nice... I never found suitable items like yours, unfortunately, so I relied on a generic Chinese Aluminium tool case :
