My new Gretsches
Welcome those are some Beauties Congrads and enjoy.
Welcome to the forum, Todd! You know you can't just stop at 2 !
You move fast!
It took me about a year between my first Streamliner and my first Proline. However, I did get a few Electromatics in between.
Welcome... looks like you're on a roll!
What are your other favorite guitars... don't tell me.... TELES!
Congratulations, beautiful pair. You have made GT proud, plus the prognosis for next month is looking very positive.
Welcome friend , beautiful guitars
Welcome & congrats on those beauties!!
Welcome to ,the other nut house Todd!
Nice to see ya posting over here too sir.
Congrats again on those beautiful geets!
Ya I'm looking at a sunburst finished one now
Yes I have 2 of them lol but they are getting a break in favor of the G
Good for temporary relief of GAS. Nice collection. What amp(s) do you play them through?
So how do the two guitars compare?
Welcome to the forum Todd. Thanks for sharing a pic of your beauties.
They feel about the same. Of course the Streamliner has a more dark Jazzy tone while the 6120 has the traditional gretsch twang and is much more trebly. I play the cheaper guitar more since a scratch or ding wouldn't kill me lol
I can’t count how many times I have looked at the 59’s on line, beautiful guitars.
As my Jewish mother-in-Law was fond of saying before she passed at 102, (best said with a Yiddish accented), “use it in good health”
I'm not the only one to be unreasonable...
I get it
One of the reasons I sold my Pro Line Tennessee Rose was because I could never completely relax playing it for fear of dinging or scratching it. For some reason my Tele, Strat, Epi and my Electromatics I don’t worry about.
Silly, I know
