dan P. was nice enough to buy one of my Bose system's, so I could purchase a couple of newer and smaller systems. I don't play for such large crowds any more. Here are the pictures of the two new systems and one of the older systems like what dan bought.
I will try and get better picture tomorrow

How do they work ? I mean, where

    adjustments ?

Raspy, your getting old!:):) you asked me this before, but that's OK, yes, there is EQ.,on both the new model and the old one. The EQ is set on the vocals only for the new model (this is a 2 channel model) and the old model has two channels with EQ and two open channels.

That's why they make pedals! The Bose system is for clean, anything else buy a pedal for it! with the Bose you get, pure crisp, clean sound. I don't know how else to explain it .Reverb, distortion and what ever can be added. Now the large systems with the tone control(the $3500.00 system ) you can have all kinds of built in effects with that. But for the $ difference, I can buy pedals.

Can't speak for their PA systems, but is anyone here old enough to remember when Bose made great home loudspeakers? I'm thinking early to mid seventies. Seems that in the past two decades their stuff has gone the way of all stuff when a Harvard MBA gets ahold of the company. Next thing you know, Circuit City and Sam's Club is carrying them and they can't remember the last time any of their stuff was in the running for speaker awards. Yes, I know, it's all about profitability. [sigh] I'm getting too old and jaded. I fondly remember early '70s 901s. I can remember Klipschorns too. Sadly, Klipsch is no longer what they once were either. What's wrong with companies? :(

one's enough for now, its the rest of the groups turn...I buy to darn much and this I most likely wont even use, I play pretty loud, so micking isnt that much of a issue...lets just wait and see how this all pans out, Im not too happy with access to the instruments I have in both places, and have since learned the only way I can control that is to have my own house with basement...( you know, I gotta ask the wife syndrome)
