Hi All: I went to see the Gaga vehicle, A Star is Born, with my girlfriend who is a big Gaga fan- and a relentless Dead Head, go figure- and I couldn't help but notice the painted up Penguin in the transvestite bar scene. It's a fun place for product placement of a Penguin Rancher Parlor acoustic, which IMHO is garish and fun and a bit of a travesty.

The Penguin Parlor is probably the only acoustic GAS attack I've had. I guess lucky for me chances are pretty low that I'll ever bump into one locally.

I feel the same about this guitar. I`d love to find one second-hand.

This is the fourth time they've remade that movie. Can't we move on to some more original ideas by now?

I dunno, original movies have been made since the first movie ever; it's not original any more.

I agree. A good story is a good story, and millions of people have no interest in watching the undoubtedly dated 1937, 1954 and 1976 versions, but will watch this. So, makes enough sense to me.
