      Hey Marcus!

      What I meant with "fully-reversible" was that you don't need to modify the guitar in any way... to install the Compton you lift your old bridge off the bridge base & drop the Compton on in it's place.. if you ever decide you want to take it off for some odd reason, you can simply put the old bridge back on, no changes, no damage done, no-one would be any wiser that you'd ever had a compton on there.. it would be back to stock condition... While for example, if you decided to refinish the guitar (as an extreme example) or change the bigsby to a tailpiece or vice versa or something, then you would need to make changes that can never be undone.

      Does that make sense? it's late here & I'm having a hard time trying to explain it in an easy-to-understand manner!
