Default Cool Tele wiring

So I just finished building a tele for this amazing blind guitarist, who is in my buddies ex-girlfriends band. His name is Lucas Haneman, you guys should definately check him out, he is playing at Ottawa blues Fest. Anyways he had me wire it with a 4-way switch, but with an added cap and resistor in place of the jumper wire on the pickup switch, making the extra 4th postition the same volume as the others, usualy this position is a little louder. Also, the tone pot is a concentric pot, so 2 in 1. 500k and 250k. The 250k is the normal tone knob, and the 500k pot is for an added bass cut, which has a pretty cool effect. The concentric pot is CTS so good quality. Thought Id let you tele guys in on a cool and easy mod!
