Sleepwalk with Santana
OK, it isn't Santana playing Sleepwalk, it's me and it's crappy. So is Samba Pa Ti , the great Santana tune. I wanted to let you hear the new Traynor YGL2 tube amplifier that I have for the weekend and I need to decide if I love it by Monday. So far so good, it is very versatile and I really like the sound. The specs are here: http://www.traynoramps.com/products....&cat=63&id=442
And the demos with it are here:
http://soundcloud.com/tony-berns-1/sleepwalk Played on a stock Double Green Anni, the "Wild Child".
http://soundcloud.com/tony-berns-1/samba-pa-ti Played on a JA90 Telecaster with P90 pickups.

I did not think they we're crappy at all. I listened to them just now over coffee. I thought your playing was articulate and nice.

I played it. It's just drums, bass and a quiet acoustic guitar. Key of C, standard tunings. If you want it send me an email in a PM and I'll send it to you. Tell me what format you want it in too, i.e., MP3 or Windows Audio

Thanks for the kind words folks. What did you think of the amp sound. The guitars were my Wild Child Double Green Anni and the Santana song was a JA90 Telecaster.

Thank you my friend. I had a jam with some Buds today and used this amp It was pretty fine. Played my custom Cola Tele, a 6120 Chet and a 1961 RI Casino through it and it was good with all three. The amp is a beast.

I did. It was definitely in the right ball park but a bit different. I dug it. I liked that it wasn't a dead nuts rendition of anything I had heard before.

Good work! I really enjoyed it.
I keep meaning to scan my tab of the live solo version of Sleepwalk, and post it here. I just forget to bring my music folders to work. I'll get around to it....
