Another NGD
NGD x 2!
After falling in love with my Double Green Anni and my new Caddy Green Jet, an opportunity came to get this beautiful Caddy green Country Club at a fantastic price from Capsule Music in Toronto.
I still hadn't even announced the addition of my fantastic Caddy green Duo Jet so here is the birth announcement for both. Kermit might have sang, "It's not easy being green" but I'm digging it like it was my first day with a good guitar. I gigged my green Anni a few weeks back and man, she sounds as awesome as she looked. Got my green Jet a few days earlier and brought her to the gig too. Played Gretsch all night and made some great sounds.

It's a nice little family pic. I really have to stop buying Gretsch guitars though. I'm up to 12 and I still don't have my Falcon. The wife stepped on the Falcon idea by promising to buy me one in a few years. So I wait...
But in the meantime, I don't see a lot of difference between the Country Club and the Falcon so I'm a happy guy today.  |

Those who own one, simply don't understand. The first pics are out of the Caddy green 5420 over on GDP. Oh my! I think I'm having an issue...

Thanks again. I love the green Gretsch guitars. They are so classy looking and they sound great too. Now that the new Electro 5420 is out in Caddy green, I'm going to need to collect the whole set. |
