I love 15" speakers..that HONK seems to work particularly well with a Gretsch.
Dynas and 15" speakers are my new favorite tone.
I have a Delta Blues for a back-up and occasional grab-and-go, but my main amp is a tweed Deluxe chassis (5E3) in a big tweed Pro-sized cabinet with a 15" JBL D130.
And a tube outboard reverb.

I played my G5127 through my recently acquired Humboldt Blues Jr at a rehearsal last week. Wow! I am impressed with that little amp! It's a nice option (weight vs acceptable tone) to my 1965 Blackface Super Reverb. But the Super still beats it, and any other amp I have tried. There is no comparison. IMO.

Well I pretty much just play in a 12x12' home studio and I have a 1 year old so I just use a Fender Super Champ XD with a 1x12" cab. I tried the X2 with all the digital effects. I even uploaded a Rockabily voicing to Fender Fuse, but I was never able to get the tone my XD gives me. I prefer the Clean and Hot Rod voicings.

59 Bassman Ltd Reissue for band practice and gigs. I mostly play surf, punk rock, rockabilly, psychobilly, goth rock and it can do anything, really.
I changed the tubes, though. JAN 5751 for the preamp and two reissue Tung-Sol 5881 to replace the GrooveTubes 6L6.
I also have a Gretsch G5222 and a Fender Mustang I for home use.

Encore by Allen Amps - which is a mid 60's Vibrolux Reverb circuit
and
Hot Fudge by Allen amps - which is a Brownface 6G2 ciruit
The 6G2 has more midrange and seems to be great with the Gretsch although both are wonderful.

All Fenders here.
Princeton 65 (my wife's but she doesn't play much electric so I kind of took it over)
Mustang I (picked it up for cheap. Great little solid state practice amp)
And my wife's Mini Twin from college. It's just a fun little amp in general.

Using a 5w tube voiced like a BF champ, into an English voiced 4x12 with one speaker removed, and only 2 speakers hooked up @ 16 ohms.
Also a fender Cyber Deluxe when volume is an issue or I need my "headphone" amp.

I am not a gigging musician so I keep it simple-a Hot Rod Deluxe with a Weber California 12" speaker. To my ears it is a great sounding amp. If I need some grind I have a BF Champ that gets it done.
I would like to have the need for a Bassman, or even that MM 130 combo, but the HRD has all the juice I need.

Fender BDRI for the big, loud, wonderful stuff! I also use a Champ 600 for practice. However, I'm going to be swapping that out for an Excelsior as soon as they come out!

Super Champ XD and a Super Champ X2 through an open back cab with 2 - 12" Eminence Red Coats. Not just good...Incredible.
Cheap too!

A silvertone 1482, which I admire
And
A frenzel deluxe plus (a handwired 5e3 type circuit with a 2 channel that has more of a jtm-45 sound)
Gretschen loves both!

Used a Carr Rambler Combo the other day.....and WOW! this thing has exponentially better clean tones than anything I have ever used, yes really! I was doing a back to back comparison with a Vox AC 15 handwired, which was no slouch either, but not a touch on the Carr.
Unfortunately they are exponentially more expensive too, well over £2k in the UK. I feel a serious diagnosis of GAS, which has been in remission recently.
