Default Darren Riley

I don't know if this is the right section for this, or if it's even allowed, but I just wanted to point out that Darren Riley is the awesomest person in the history of awesome. I ordered some parts from him last week, and I screwed up and put the wrong zip code on the order (I put the zip code for the billing address in the spot for the shipping address). The USPS of course, marked it as undeliverable and sent it back, which is ridiculous, because the two zip codes are right next to each other and anyone whose been in the area for more than a week knows it.

Anyway, I emailed Darren to let him know that the package is coming his way and to try to make arrangements to pay to have it shipped back, and he tells me not to worry about it, he has a replacement label already made up and that he'll cover the shipping.

That is just first class service, and something you don't see everyday any more. I have a list of guitar parts retailers in my browser bookmarks, and I'm definitely moving his link up to the top of the list.

Thank you Darren.

Good to know.

I've made three orders with him so far, and he's been nothing but top notch every time.

+10,000 Darren is awesome. He ships right out quickly and if something is out of stock for some reason, he'll shoot an email to you fast. I've been getting items from him for several years now. His inventory is always expanding.

Great to hear the news.

I just bought a bridge base from Darren. It was shipped quickly and was well packed. I will buy from him in the future.

The picks he threw in were a nice touch too.

I've known Darren for many years. He's a great guy and a good friend. Here he is with a trio of '52 Tele's he built when you could still buy necks and bodies from Fender. (one is mine)

Here's us twanging away at gig. (he also put the blue one together for me)

He is the king of guitar parts.

A few years back he asked where I get my pics made. He's been throwing a few in with each order ever since.

Darren Riley saved my sister's virtue, donated a kidney to me and lets me use his private jet at no cost.

Bought a bunch of guitar parts from a few other places first, and had some trouble getting the right parts, and returning them was a hassle. Then I found Darren Riley's site and gave him a try. I'll never go anywhere else for guitar parts now. When I called him he was very laid back and cool, and got me the right parts..and fast.

Darren is my hero!

He supplied the base for the Ti Compton that saved me from the pain-in-the-palm SynchroSonic torture device that came stock on my CG Duo Jet! The base fit the bridge and the guitar perfectly, without any need to sand the feet. And it arrived real fast.
