Another left handed Electromatic?
Pro Jet. In black or whatever this sorta burst is... $749 with OHS case... ts less than the Tim Armstrong, Gretsch's first modern Electromatic.
Jerry of Jerry's Lefty Guitars reports-
"Part of my reason for becoming a Gretsch dealer was to get Gretsch to make more models available in lefty. They stock a huge number of righty models, but the lefty selection is meager. The Tim Armstrong hollow body was their first Electronmatic lefty ever. This is their second. $749 with OHS case. I should have this guitar in black next week. The next models I'm pushing for are Electromatic Corvettes and double cut hollowbodies. I'm also expecting left handed Gretsch Silver Falcons next year."
Super exciting! I am so thankful it ain't gonna be a White Falcon. I'd have to buy a Colonel sanders suit and that wouldn't be good...

I know, but I don't have a jet with filters.... Aw... Tara... Do I have to go top of the line?
Okay, I'll get one of those George Harrisons and swap the pups...

Ooooooh, you want Filters too! Weeee I've created another Jetaholic!
Go ahead & get one Greg, they look great! you don't need to go another pro-line if you don't feel like it or can't afford it.. These will be just fine, they're certainly more Jetty than the old Pro Jets!

I kind of am a sucker for anything lefty that's novel.... At least in my GASing.
I am going to a therapist again these days.... We'll discuss the jet dependency. I may have to bring up all you members in the Rocking da Jets social group. I won't mention any of you by name, for sure...

So, are they real bonified FilterTrons? The bezels look identical to the Gretschbucker bezels. I guess time will tell when people get a chance to play them.

They are bonafide Filtertrons according to the Gretsch site, they're calling them Blacktop Filtertrons.
