Just got back from the Local luthier...
I had Jerry look at the intonation on the Annie and 1960 Nashville. One thing he used was a tape measure, seeing that the bridge was the same distance from the 12th fret as the nut or zero fret. Duh..... I mean there's always fine tuning on each side of the bridge. And if the sound is flat, the bridge needs to move toward the neck, if sharp, away.... Duh... But I really got a method now, having seen Jerry messing with them. In other minutia, I sold my Ibanez acoustic to make room for a lefty Rainsong Dred that I found at the Dakota Boys Ranch thrift store.... That and the spring thing cost me $25..... So now I can fly it an not be detected by radar, at least not as much as with the Ibanez.... God, I am so glad it is Friday.
