That's a pre-FMIC Gretsch roller bridge.
Very prone to vibration and noise. Lots of moving parts.

What would you suggest I replace it with? If needed.

If it is doing the job for you, leave it alone. It is a good design and works well.

yeah, if it's working, don't mess with it. The complaints I've heard about that bridge are what Tartan Phantom mentioned and I've also heard they wreck sustain. But if it works for you, don't sweat it...

If you are looking for alternatives, be sure to check out the Compton Bridges on here, but if you're happy with it then just leave it be

That looks like a pretty cool bridge. I've never seen one before. I have a roller type bridge on my Mosrite Celebrity and I think it works great. I've never had a problem with it. As for trying a replacement a lot of folks like to use the Compton or Tru-Arc bridge. They don't have moving parts and everything I've read from people is that they love them and get improved sustain, enhanced tones, etc.

I like the idea of a roller bridge. I've had several of them from different mfgrs., but after awhile they started rattling. I like the even sustain I get from a Compton the best, or in a Callaham ABR-1. I also have 2 Tru-Arcs, but I get buzzing on the B and G strings at the top of the bridge.
If it works for you keep it. If it starts rattling, look for something else.
