Very sparse and subtle playing. Almost gives you the feeling he's laying out so much you can't even hear him. That's control!

wow, that was good. i liked his use of the volume knob and the way notes changed textures throughout the song. really cool.

That was so good!!, Brian is truly this age's virtuoso of the Gretsch guitar!!! It actually brought tears to my eyes!

He truly is fantastic and exceptionally versatile as well. I've seen him Rock out and he also does material that sounds like something from Johnny Smith record.

I have that same video, but the live version just blew me away. How the heck does he play so effortlessly??? I think he just got better after the Stray Cats the BSO is a great band the wife and I love the Dirty Boogie CD, along with Rockabilly Riot. I just close my eyes and just float away to never never land and sleep walk the whole way. I had this song stuck in my had all night at work last night

if you look at his playing he has very good discipline in his technique. He's obviously studied some serious players along the way.
