Default Telecaster bigsby

After receiving my g5122 today I discovered my love for Bigsby tremolos. What kind of Bigsby would fit my Mexican standard tele? And what else what I need to convert my current set up?

Thanks,
Kyle

I forget the details but there's a fair amount about it on the Fender pages. There are very specific models for Teles. Google it. There are some specific mounts. I believe there may also be some Ibanez versions that will work.

A Tele usually uses either a B5 or a B16. This website should give you a ton of ideas:

if you use a B-5 you can slot your present bridge if its the stamped steel/barrel saddle "vintage" and then run the strings under a buzz stop to the B5 for proper break angle.
BUT.. its a helluva lot easier to shim the neck and put in a B16.

You want it to look good? Turn the B16 into 'B2'

I'll PM you Mathew's email, he was about make some solid bodies for me last year, but his health problems stopped the project. He is much better now, he told me in May that he'll get back to Cabronita project we worked on.
His son Keith and himself make excellent bodies, but I haven't talked to him about the thinlines.
