Hard to say as choices like this change over time. But I can't imagine a time when I'll never want to watch 'Standing In The Shadows of Motown'. Another eternal favourite is a performance of 'Tosca' from Covent Garden in the '60s with Maria Callas absolutely electrifying.
Currently I'm also really into 'Boz Scaggs Greatest Hits Live', Pink Floyd's live concert 'Pulse', and the Newport Jazz Festival movie 'Jazz On A Summer's Day'. And does 'The Girl Can't Help It' qualify as a music dvd? Anything with Little Richard in it has to IMO.
The Beatles Anthology (Vol 1) and 'Hail Hail Rock'n'Roll' (Berry v Richards!) are also enjoyed regularly.
That's Little Richard, Chuck Berry, early Beatles, Motown, Pink Floyd, Boz Scaggs, Puccini and as much jazz as you can shake a stick at. That'll do me for now.

That's a tough one! I couldn't possibly put them in order but:
Janis Joplin - 18 Essential Songs - I think this is one of the most perfect CDs, if not the most, I've ever heard. I have great respect for an artist's deliberately made album, but this collection is sublime!
Joni Mitchell - Blue - Almost the same as above. Fabulous. Gives me chills.
The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Are You Experienced - Despite the fact that half the songs are overplayed on the radio and have been for my entire life, I still get way too much joy out of this album.
Boris with Michio Kurihara - Rainbow - I think if I had my way, the title track would be played at my funeral. No way to ensure that, really. Just a sublime fuzz dream trip into rock and roll and out again.
The Pillows - Fool on the Planet - A compilation album with most of their best songs on it. Extremely catchy Japanese pop-garage-rock with some of the most contagious riffs I've ever heard. AKA earworms. It's hard not to feel good listening to this.
Tokyo Incidents - Dynamite Out! Live DVD - Shiina Ringo's voice is not for everyone. But I love it, and the songs on this album are superb, plus extremely entertaining performances from the entire band, keep me coming back to this again and again. There's nothing like watching seasoned professionals playing their hearts out and knowing they actually are having fun, not just putting on a show. Plus, the kazoo solo kicks @$$. Also a huge anomaly for me because they dressed up in green velvet and I still like them...
Nana Mouskouri - Live in Paris - She comes across as such a sweet soul...love her voice.
Django Reinhardt - Collection of 4 CDs - I dont know what the precise title is, it has about 100 of his songs on it and I love everyone. Really, anything he touched is gold to me.
WipEout - The Music - Rare electronic music CD with smashing tunes. YAHHHH!
Classical music - all the great pieces that have become cliched and abused in movies and TV shows and will be forever. Especially Beethoven 9th, a proper recording played loudly on a half decent sound system so you can feel the music through your bones. THAT is joy.

Brad Paisley - Play
Redd Volkeart - Telewhacker
Skid Row - Greatest Hits
Stryper - Yellow and black attack
Toby Keith - greatest hits
Catherine Wheel - Chrome
Tears for Fears - Songs from the big chair
Inxs - kick
Depeche Mode - Violator
Just to name a few

Might want to toss the Plimsouls "Everywhere at Once" on to the pile.
As an aside, it's utterly stupid and cartoony (and fun), but for sheer getcher head in the speaker cone blazin' ferocity, Slade's "Alive" is worth a lsiten at least once, esp on vinyl. No artistic merit whatsoever but it will reaquaint you with your inner caveman. Errr.. caveperson?

My fave is 33 1/3 by George Harrison. I wore out my vinyl copy several years ago and waited a long time for the CD to come out.
