And Willies didn't even get the worst of it. Guitar Rodeo had tens of thousands of dollars worth of acoustics stolen the same night.

I went to My Music Friday after work and talked with Jim Harms. he told me that Nate had called and told him to be on the watch. Jim was saying that they think that a Chicago "Syndicate" may be behind the robberies. it was estimated that the guy at Guitar Rodeo lost close to $100,000 in guitars and some of his personal amps.

To bad they can't come to my house. My dogs have been on a diet. If you notice I haven't been buying any guitars lately, been putting my money into my other hobby.
My wife and I both just got the new "Super carry permit", people are getting a lot ruder
recently. Lat week a minority was being served papers for child molestation. They were going to tase him cause he kept running through his house hiding. They found him in his tub. He had a 9mm Glock, they had a taser. He killed on officer and wounded two.
While they had a memorial for the dead officer, Jesse Jackson showed up to show support for the minority community and had a counter rally to form a Rainbow branch here so they could get equal justice. I play in a band of minority musicians and love them all, but they feel the guy with the 9mm was justified. My wife and I don't carry Tasers. Guys, pray it hasn't started but we will see it here first.
Yes, I am a minister, but I took an oath to bring people to Jesus. If they come here to steal I will bump them to the head of the line.

Carlos knows how to manage those bandidos,
I thinking to use a flightcase to built a small guitar vault that can be used for touring 4 to 5 guitars... I saw this one on ebay, looks like a cool coffin !

Damn!
That bites. Hope they can recover the instruments.
I hope there's a special wing in hell for instrument thieves!

I like it!
....but make sure they are in the part of the music store with the banjos.
They'd have to listen to that din all day long!

That made me laugh out loud. I have to share that with my dad, a pastor testing for his black belt this summer.
