Closed on My New House
I just closed on a new single family (detached) home yesterday. It has a huge basement (for jamming) and a two car garage! Gonna divide that huge room into a 14 x 22 studio, a 14 x 22 listening room and a walk-in closet for my record collection.

Congrats . . . Years ago we rented a home that had a basement like that. It was so cool we would jam (loud) sometimes till 3 in the morning and no one outside could even hear us and we were in a cul de sac in town . . . it was awesome

Congratulations! That's a beautiful house, and spectacular basement! Looks like you could practically do lounge gigs in your own house. Sweet!

Congrats on the new house. I moved to a new place a couple of years ago and it's kind of a rush. Great cellar...

Congratulations on your new house.
What an awesome man cave! Studio, listening room, and record storage.
An overhead projector sure would be nice in that listening room...

Congratulations, man! We bought our new place in '08, just as the market was crashing. It was scary, but all's well! That place looks like a musician's dream! May you jam in good mood for the rest of your days!

Congrats. When is the break in party? If you give me an hour or two notice, I can get a PA, drum kit, and amps there.
