Jeff Bridges
Old jeff has an album out next week.
I realy like Jeff, but don't get on with Country Musics - but I might just give it a listen.... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B004XJ317S
Nice Gretsch on the cover..... I don't know if some of this music is from Crazy Heart, or whether it's all original. Crazy Heart was a decent film though...

I listend to that CD last Week, it's pretty nice. Instead to buy that, i get me that Johnny Cash sun Record CD.
One Reason i did not buy Jeff's CD: it was 19,00 Euro. Now, i can order it from Amazon for 10$. Thanks for the Link.
Oh, i think there was no Crazy Heart Songs on it.

I know I'm probably way behind on this, but I just watched Jeff Bridges on Austin City Limits, and both him and his lead guitarist were playing Gretsch guitars. I'm not very good at pickin'' 'em outuv a lineup, so I can't tell ya' the exact models, sorry...

Not a bad film at all. I think the guitar is a Tennessee Rose?

I'm pretty certain that the guitar is a G6122-1959.

I based my new act on Crazy Heart. He has a G6122-1959 on that new cover. He is playing up his "Bad" image. He also used a 1957 tweed Tremolux and a 1942 Gibson J-45 with a banner headstock which I already had. I purchase 3 59 RI.
You can buy the folio fro Crazy Heart at

Have a great day.
