7hr Wedding Dance!
Well I just got back from playing 7hrs for that wedding dance. Now the 2nd band starts up for the rest of the night. For the 7hrs, we only took two, ten minute breaks. here is a couple of pictures for ya's! See I didn't forget!!

My bladder wouldn't wanna play that long. Come to think of it, neither would my shoulder, back or knees. Did you have to repeat many tunes?

No,none! We did everything from 50's/60's to classic country to bluegrass.

Wow Mike! thats a looooooong gig, I bet you're feeling sore - have a hot bath & put some tigerbalm on your shoulders before you crash out tonight..

How much of the 7 hours was the Bunny Hop, Mike?
I know when it looks like it may be an extended evening, that's when I break out the catheter, then I don't even need a break....

I was a good time. The bride's biggest wish is that we would play for her wedding. She was so happy, we didn't even charge her.

7 hours straight with just two ten minute breaks - you deserve a medal. Our singer complains of feeling tired if he has three encores and he's not much more than half our age.
