Agreed! It's a great color and the entire guitar was quite impressive. It was nicely finished and looked like a much more expensive piece.

Does anyone know if these retain the post bracing of the 5120? Also, is the Aspen Green a metallic? Please say no to both so i don't have to buy it. kthx.

My 5422T has the two parallel tone bars on the top, along with the "tone post" bracing.

G5422T, where are you measuring the guitar depth? My 5122 is 2.25" @ the sides of the lower bouts but 2" @ upper bouts. Is the 5422 slimmer than that?

Measured "binding to binding" along the edge of the top and back.......2".

G5422T, I think I'm measuring the same way you are, but the depth of my 5122 varies around the edge of the body. Is the 5422 the same depth all the way around?

Yep, we're measuring the same way/same locations.

Edit: I've got 2" up by the cutouts, and 2 1/4" right next to the Bigsby????

I've really never noticed this before. Guitar on a stand, measure the depth at the lower and upper bouts, called it good. Never have checked the depth by the Bigsby???
