New Member....First Gretsch!
Hi Folks,
Just last week, got my first Gretsch! A brand spankin' new Western Orange 5120. I'm in love! Already looking at some mods, but for now, it's the cat's meow....I'm stoked!
Discovered another great Gretsch forum on the internet, and was invited to join this one too...thanks BOBKAT.
Seems like a great bunch of folks here as well, with lots of knowledge. Great to be a part of it.

Howdy Chaz!
I'd be thrilled to welcome you here but I'm only a day long member, just getting my Gretsch cherry popped too. Only so far it's only my wallet that got popped. Guitar won't arrive for, well in a little over an hour I'll be able to say 3 days!
I'm sure your lovin' it. It's beautiful.
Take care and I'll be talkin' to ya.

Congratulations. They're quirky guitars, but they're good, and they're their own thing, if that makes any sense. My Club belongs in a glass case in a museum (it's so nice), and the more I play my Annie 120, the more I realize how good of a guitar it is. I absolutely love it. Have fun, guys!

Is that what Gene Simmons would have said?

Welcome to the family guys and congratulations on your new additions. These guitars are truly AWESOME. Mine has definitely re-kindled my love for the instrument. Here's a little gretsch-porn to help satisfy our siblings lust for visuals ... ;o)
