Electromatic
Hi;
I've had a Electromatic (new) for some time now and I love it. It's Korean made by Samik. I've read a lot about changing p/u's and other mods but mine is fine the way it is. Only time will tell...right?

I had a Peerless built Gretsch for a while and it was truly a work of art. They build some nice guitars in Korea.

Welcome aboard. You'll like it here almost as much as you like your guitar. I have a 5120 as well. I've been out of town for a couple days and I hear it calling my name!

Yes ... Electromatic's are AWESOME guitars right out of the box. Some of us that are obsessed with changing pickups and such, may just be hot-rodders at heart. And these guitars are truly a GREAT tool for this expressionism. It doesn't make them any better, just unique. I just finished taking a big drill bit to my 6 week old 5120 ... my girfriend is still holding her breath. They've both survived the surgery ... pic's to follow (not for the weak at heart ... ;o)
