Collings SoCo "Gretsch" Custom - Vintage White!
STOP THE PRESSES!!!! We custom ordered this SoCo from Collings almost a year ago. The guitar features a custom ordered mahogany top, 2 TV Jones Gretsch FilterTron humbuckers, a Bigsby vibrato, and tortoise shell binding! The guitar is not only a serious player, but a "One-Off" showpiece as well. Needless to say, this one won't last long. Hand-built in Austin, Texas, USA!

No, that's John Bolin.
Bill Collings is a well-respected acoustic manufacturer who's moved into electrics. He obviously is heavily influenced by Gibson. His guitars are very well thought of.

I think I'd choose a Saul Koll over Collins for this style guitar, but it would awesome to have one of the LP juniors
