Anyone else having issues with the footswitch? If I plug it in, it turns off the effects, I'm puzzled, I even bought a new one, same deal.

Might be the jack for the foot switch? I have a super champ but never had a foot switch for it, but I did have
that issue with other amps and did turn out to be either the foot switch or input jack.

I never had a problem with mine.
In fact, I just put it on consignment
in the local music store. It just never
gets any playing time. The Blues Jr.
gets all the attention.

No problems with mine either. I'd say it's a problem with the amp itself, not the switch.
