I'll confess...it's the wife's saddle, but I thought it made a good guitar stand for the pic :)

Congratulations. How do you like the edges? I have only seen a few photos of the guitar with the leather and brass tacks.

What my daughter would have said 6-7 years ago:

"That's what I'm talkin' about"

Very nice. Happy playing!

I like it. I saw it for the first time in a guitar shop while on a trip. I thought it was the tackiest (no pun intended) guitar I ever saw. For some reason though it stayed in my mind and I was looking at getting a Duo-Jet. I had a fender strat that I just didn't play very often so I sold it to get this. I thought a little about the 6121-1959 model because I wasn't sure about the leather trim either, but I really wanted dynasonics and I kept coming back to this one. Been playing it for a week now and I really like it. Great sound and you can play it with the volume low and clean or crank it and knock wine glasses off counters...oops. :) It is a great guitar and I don't regret selling the strat for it one bit.

Oh...and at the risk of starting something....I ordered a brass Tru--Arc bridge the other day. Can't wait to hear the results!

I've been looking for Dynasonics as well which is why I asked. It's certainly a unique guitar. I'm not a country/western kind of guy so I don't know if I would be distracted by the look. I'm glad it's working out well.

True. I just haven't seen one up close and personal but hopefully I'll get the chance at the Dallas Guitar Show.
