I left a similar post on the Ampage thread. I'm about to pop for a better amp than my current one & because of financial considerations am looking at a choice between a Marshall Valvestate & a Vox AC30VR. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well if anybody's interested I popped for the Vox, the Marshall was much cheaper, but second hand. I must say I made the right choice the Vox sounds amazing.

Thanks mate, I really am pleased with the quality for the price. I know 400 quids a lot of money, but worth every penny I think.
