Hello- I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how I can find a wiring diagram for my 1973 Gretsch White Falcon? I have a few grounding issues and have already had a few guitar techs check it out and are leary to get involved especially with no diagram or schematic.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tj

You could start with the diagrams available on the Gretsch website. The pickup arrangement and controls are pretty close IIRC so it should be valid.

Mark is right, unless your Falcon is a stereo model. In such a case, the wiring diagram is very different from the current models.

Yes it is a stereo model- my profile pic is the actual guitar.

I don't have it, but I saved the link to the old thread about it.
Talk to the guy who has the book!

The picture is still live on the thread, if you enlarge it, you'll have no problem reading the schematics and all specs under it.

I also saw this version on the other Gretsch board. It's amazing how two years have improved what I can Google for pics and info.
