That's the blonde version of my brother's & my first guitar. It's a cheap Harmony, marketed in the early 60s by Sears, often under the Silvertone brand. They were about $60 then, & I see them often on Craigslist for anywhere from $65 to $150. It's not a good guitar by any means, but it has a nostalgic pull for some of us of a certain age. You have to go into it knowing that it's a "character" piece that will have a certain lo-fi, back porch, non-resonant sound. Very suitable for putting a tall nut on & playing slide.

I had a Stella tenor guitar that sounded pretty good. The one I had was very resonant. Who knows what you'll get? One of my favorite guitars is cheap little parlor from Republic guitars. It's what I piddle around with while waiting for the wife to get ready when we're going somewhere. I play it a lot. ;)
That Stella's good for that price, I'd say. At least it looks cool.

I have the Silvertone version of this ( I think ). Mine is red and white. I love the sound of it, after doing a little work to it.

Mine was a sunburst. I wasn't at the point of being very discriminating about tone & playability at that time. It has been replaced in my affection by a an early 20th century Washburn parlor guitar, formerly owned by my grandfather. I've done a few improvements on that one. It still doesn't sound great, but it sounds like a good example of a hundred year old inexpensive instrument. And it exudes vibe.
