Check these out:

Interesting that they are apparently offered for sale on behalf of a "busy name player"...

What a load of old tosh. Either you want to list them as being owned by a player people know of and you do do, or you keep it private and mention nothing.

That's just marketing nonsense in my book.

A pair of very sweet jets though, that's for sure.

I wonder if that silver jet is the one we saw on here a month or two or three ago. The fixed arm B3 is a rare sight indeed.

On the duo jet, that looks like a B6 to me. Poorly aligned at athat. I do wish they'd mention these mods when something (in this case the Bigsby) was added.

On the silver jet, per my somewhat limited, but concise, experience, I've YET to see a factory fitted bigsby on a 50s jet. I hope whomever is intending to pay the price which in GBP is higher than its USD value with those numbers asks to see what it looks like with the tailpiece removed.

The #219xx, Duo Jet (6128), with the aftermarket Bigsby B6 is a 1957 model year example. Hump-block markers and G-indent (arrow) control knobs = 1957.

Wow, nice beasts!

-Yep 1957 6128 for sure. New bigsby's arm, horrible TOM style bridge and grovers tuners (which required to widen holes). But very nice.

-6129 with a poorly aligned fixed bigsby arm... bullet tussrod cover and other details confirm a 55 or early 56 model. Tuners would have to be back opened with flat pegs, but these closed back and not too far from original ones. The nut is in bad shape. Nice but expensive, isn't it?

I like also the parchment case...

Collection in person is fine as long as you intend to pay in cash.

Don't think I'd trust anyone who happened to have £7995 in their back pocket!

I'd trust someone with that cash in their pocket a LOT more than I'd trust someone who knew I had it in mine. ;)

Never heard that phrase before..."load of old tosh". Had to google that one....ewww. But I agree, marketing nonsense.

Out of my league, but very nice guitars.
