My rig set up is a Ibanez Artcore AFS75 with Surf90's. I plug directy into a Peavey Valveking 112 50 watt tube combo. In the FX loop I run a TS9 turbo tubescreamer, and a EH Stereo Pulsar tremolo pedal, I then run the main out back to the VK and the stereo outlet to my sons Epiphone Valve Special. I was wondering if I will do any harm to either amp running the preamp from the VK to the Epi amp??? If so I have a old Peavey Encore 65, that the pre amp is messed up, could I take the good power am section just to amplify the signal and run another cabinet? The VK would supply the reverb, EQ, overdrive all from the amp along with tremolo from the pedal. After running a pair of amps and the wall of sound along with the killer stereo tremolo, I'm sold on running two amps.

There are no dumb amps.
You may want to try the TS9 between the guitar and the amp.
It looks like you have the Epiphone coming off the tremolo in the effects loop, right now, is that correct? It should be ok there. That should be an "instrument level" signal. You get these signals from guitars, microphones and most effects pedals.
The signal from a Power Amp Out is not the right kind of signal to send to an instrument level input. The Pre Amp In and Pre Amp Out, like on the Encore 65, are "line level" signals. You get these signals from mixing boards and most keyboards.
Most Peaveys have a Power Amp In, you could go from the Power Amp Out to there.
I don't see a Pre Amp Out on the Valveking.

why do you keep your tubescreamer in the fx-loop?
i have a valveking as well, and i keep all my gain based effects before the preamp

The tubescreamer was in fact designed to push/slam it's signal into the pre-amp section of a tube amp, hence it's name.

Cause it was on my pedal board. I was using it before the pre amp, but with the VK have not needed it. Will try with out today. I suggest everybody to play with two amps it sound so freakng great! When I moved the pedals to the fx look it brighten up my amp to a level where I'm oh so happy with my set up now. I think I'll give the tube screamer back to my kid now. Thanks for the help!
