anyone stuffed a weber alnico blue dog in an ac15cc1???? whats your opinion on this combination??

Sweeter! That's a definite upgrade for sure. Mine had a Celestion greenback. Better chime, barking mids and slowly went into a nice breakup. Try it, I think you'll like it. It made the amp "woodier" sounding I guess I wood say. It's that great alnico magnet they put in there. Weber makes great speakers for a reasonable price.

I had a Blue Dog Ceramic 30 watt pre Rola doped Weber in my Ac15cc and it sure sweetened the pot-what a tone!

awesome!!!!! i got a wharfedale, its broke in, and im not too impressed with it, so whats the best tube combo for these amps???

how many watts was the speaker???? weber makes it sound like the wattage affects the tone a bit your sound description is about 90% accurate of what im looking for in a speaker, thanks for the tip sir!!!!
