Has anyone had a pick-up problem with their Gretsch??

My '05 Annie keeps giving me problems!!!

The bridge p/u is inconsistant - i've checked the pots, switches, but when on bridge p/u goes all quiet and farty, meanwhile the neck p/u is loud and proud!!

Have Filtertrons been known to fail????

Everyone had a problem at one point or another with their Gretsch and always something lame.....

My neck pickup doesn't always work either. I don't think it's the filtertrons, but maybe some bad soldering. Haven't taken it apart to figure it, just switch to bridge pickup when it poops out on me.
