Dan C July 27th, 2011, 02:12 PM So I built a Volume Box, And it works a treat - I have ordered a metal enclosure because I think it will be sticking around for a long while and the plastic one i have at the moment won't cut it in the long run...
Seeing as it is gonna have a long term home, I feel that it should have a cool name! I don't want it to be cheesy or long but apart from that...Ideas & Suggestions Welcome :)

He just copied the idea from another member that posted a volume pot installed into a plastic housing

In the U.S. we have a 14 trillion dollar debt where we are trying to figure out how we are even going to pay the interest on it. We have until August 2nd for the idiots in Washington to make their minds up or we go into economic default thus ruining our credit rating with the world, we are doomed etc.

Haha, although that is tempting - I think I might keep searching...Or alternately, I could go and order a larger enclosure!
The extra volume knob allows me to crank the tubes and get some saturation at lower level volumes, If you want a more in depth explanation ask and i'll PM you :)

It's just an extra volume pot between the guitar and the amp.
I think you'll need the attenuator to get what you want.
You can name the volume pedal: 'Don't step on me please'
