I have one and love it. The silver tag # is D-4573 with a original red Gretsch Logo. I would like to know the year for it. The picture sucks but, you will have an idea. Such a great box. This is not a 6149 with the speaker. Just tank.
Thanks

Hey, I have one of these as well! They are pretty cool...they have that ginchy valco reverb. Not quite as lush as the older Fender units, but cool in their own right. Your's looks a bit later than mine, which is from '66. You could pull a tube and check a date code. A better bet would be to check a potentiometer date code, or one on the filter cap.

Sounds good! I will have to check it out and see what it says. Do you have any photos of yours that you can post? They are incredible little tanks!
Cheers!

The amp is from '65, and the tank from '66. It's a nice pair.

Very cool! Going by the tag it could be as late ad the early 70's. I have a modified tube amp that gives that growl at only 13 watts. It's amazing regardless the year but, the sound. Great stuff!! 6144 through my Class 5 also very cool and warm.
