Man, are you kidding? I can't tell you how much it would mean to me to just know he heard either of the songs he inspired. I am a fickle beast, musicially speaking...and the only other band who has stayed with me as long as Setzer is The Beatles. Everyone else seems to fall out of favor eventually. With both Setzer and The Beatles, no matter how many times I've heard a song, I hear something new every time I hear it. I know SO many people who have met him and said he's super nice. He was my biggest crush when I was a kid (how else is a tweenage girl supposed to react to a shirtless Setzer solo? *giggle*swoon*) ...and now that I'm a musician he's my biggest influence...well, him and Aretha.
Here's to hoping he gets bored one day and searches himself on here! LOL!
