Hi I'm trying to get my info straight for buying a compensated bridge for my 6120ssu Brian Setzer Nashville. I can't seem to find out what the fretboard radius is online, can anyone tell me what it is? I'd really appreciate it.

One of the quirks of Gretsch production is that the fretboard radius of any individual guitar may not match the published specs.

The only way to be sure, is to measure the one you actually have.

The Compton site has gauges that you can print out, but I suggest making your own from stiff cardboard. You can draw the arcs by fastening a pencil and something pointy to a stick, with the correct distance between them.

If you measure with the strings still on, be sure to notch the gauges to reach past the strings to the fretboard surface. Measure at the widest place on the board for better accuracy.

Does anyone else here own this guitar who has upgraded the bridge? If so what did you go with?
